Reported twice on credit report

Arrow Financial complaint
I have contacted this Arrow Financial Collections to tell them they have reported a debt on my credit report and they keep saying its the credit bureaus fault. I have called the credit Bureau and they say get ahold of the creditor. The only difference is the dash in the account number. I know have Lexington Law Firm working for me and they are starting to clean up the disaster that these collectors cause. By the way Arrow Financial is very rude and they dont want to work with anyone. They even get to the point of transferring you around in a circle so you cant talk with no one>

Accounts in collections appear on 2 different trade lines on your CBR - one from the original creditor and one from the collection agency. Once you have settled in full or paid in full, all associated trade lines will be updated. Be aware, however, if you call us to take care of the debt without an account/i.d. number, the ONLY way we can look up the account is using your social security number, so don't call in and refuse to provide it, because the call will go nowhere.
