I became suspious that the company may be a scam when the voice answering the phone sound did not sound authenic. The loan representative stated I was approved for a loan by a private lender however, I would be required to make the first 5 payments prior to the loan being released. I asked if the payments could be deducted from the loan amount and was told NO that I had to pay the requested amount first. I told the representitve this was not possible and she said OK I'll cancel this and hung up; I have never had a lender state they would not deduct the payments from the loan amount, this must be a scam to take an indiviuals money without actually issuing a loan. The number I applied on the internet, the name of the company that called back was Arrow Lending: 866-316-0158, ext 110

Sounds like a scam. Arrow Financial Services is a COLLECTION AGENCY. Arrow lending is in no way shape or form related to Arrow Financial Services.
