Called co-workers to get my info only after one day of leaving me a message
Jun 19, 2008
Arrow Financial complaint
The 'credit manager' at Arrow insisted that if I don't give him references, name of my boss and my cell number that he could not process my call for payment.

I called in the next day after they called me to take care of this debt and make arrangements.

After telling him what I could pay each month, he had to talk to 'the investors' which boiled down to the only thing he would except is full payment and no monthly payments.

He said he was going to call my boss and garnish my wages and it's right a check now, it's all or nothing.

I found them hostile and deceitful in their practice, I am in collections due to a personal matters but willing to get all this worked out. Arrow refused to take payments.

I did speak to a lawyer friend, she said just send in the payments and that their practice is to scare you in to thinking you have no others choice.

I will not be bullied by them- read federal trade act, ya'll. Compliants can be sent to the Federal Trade Commission
