Jul 1, 2008 Arrow Financial complaint |

I was ill, with cancer, and incurred a debt with 5/3 Bank. I moved, and was unaware of the debt. As soon as I became aware of the debt (a mere $142.98), I paid it in full. I just received a dunning letter from Arrow Financial stating I owe them $189.00 for the same debt. I have sent them letters, and copies of bank statement showing payment in full on my debit card. Neither Arrow, nor First Revenue will stop trying to collect this debt. I realize I should have known I had the debt, but, what is someone supposed to do once they have tried, repeatedly, in good faith, to pay them off??
